Using specialist floor milling equipment we cut precise channels into the existing screed while industrial dust extraction keeps airborne dust to a minimum.

Most floor finishes are suitable, including tiles, engineered wood, LVT, laminate and carpet, provided they are installed in accordance with the flooring manufacturer’s recommendations. We’ll be happy to advise on the most suitable flooring for your project.

Yes. Existing floor coverings must be removed before floor milling can begin. If required, we can also remove and dispose of the existing flooring as part of your project.
