Boiler repair call-out — £85 + VAT
Includes the first hour on site. £65 + VAT per hour thereafter.
Common Boiler Faults We Repair
We attend all types of boiler faults, including no heating or hot water, intermittent operation, low pressure, ignition faults, leaking boilers, unusual noises and fault codes.
Modern boilers will often display a fault code which can help with diagnosis, but we’ll still check the boiler and system properly to establish the cause before recommending a repair.
What Happens When We Attend
We’ll diagnose the fault and explain what we’ve found before carrying out any additional chargeable work.
Where possible, we’ll repair the boiler during the first visit. If a part needs to be ordered or further work is required, we’ll explain what’s needed and provide the cost before returning to complete the repair.
Repair or Replace?
Not every boiler is economical to repair. If we believe the cost of repairing an older boiler isn’t worthwhile, we’ll tell you.
We’ll explain the options and costs so you can decide whether repairing or replacing the boiler makes more sense.
